NERISSIMO PRIMO
High-grade beans from established growers, a premium product that is suitable for both standard and high-pressure machines. A blend of coffees profiled for espresso that produces a creamy crema, typically found in Italian cafes. This coffee works well for espresso and milk-based beverages such as cappuccino and flat white.

NERISSIMO BUENO
Superlative beans are especially refined for use in high-pressure Espresso machines. This pre-roast blend produces a wonderful espresso and will cut through milk with ease. The aroma during the brewing phase is of fresh butter and toasty almonds. In the cup, hints of caramel and malt are detected. The pleasant acidity is somewhat tart or sparkling when brewed as a single espresso with 8g of freshly ground coffee.

NERISSIMO DECAF
Decaffeinated with care to produce a fine quality drink for those who prefer to avoid caffeine. This high-grown Mexican coffee is decaffeinated using the water process method in Mexico to produce a clean, crisp coffee. The green coffee beans are immersed in water in order to extract the caffeine. The caffeine is then extracted using a special filter and the flavourful water is then used to wash the green coffee again, which helps maintain the maximum flavor in our decaffeinated coffee.
